The Farms were established in 1995, by His Excellency Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sheikh — may Allah have mercy on him — after completing his career as Minister of Agriculture and Water, under the name of “Themar Al-Rahmania for Agriculture and Trade Est.”, as a national production establishment. Since he seeks to promote national development in the agricultural and livestock private sector and to achieve leadership in this industry. The company expanded to become “Al-Rahmania Agriculture  Co.,” one of Themar Al- Rahmania Investment Co. branches.

From “Al-Hayathem” city in AlKharj province, the company started with a palm and vegetable farm. This was the starting point to broader horizons and greater ambitions. The company took firm steps by adopting the best agricultural practices and investing in modern technologies, to become now with its farms specialized in agricultural and livestock production of leading national projects
